Xmas Family Day

Click the following button to nominate how many are coming.

This will help with catering planning

Santa is booked and not allowing changes so lock in Sunday 10th December 2023 at Franks Farm in Murrindindi, near Yea, for the Xmas Family Day. Here are the instructions you need to get there.

I wonder how many will get lost this year?

Hint: follow the signs to  Sedona Estate before continuing past to get to Franks farm. If you don’t see these brown tourism destination signs then you are following one of the wrong signs to Murrindindi.
Stop and reread these instructions.

The location is on Frank's farm on Shannons Road, Murrindindi, near Yea (about an hour from both Lilydale and Whittlesea), so it is a chance to get out of town, stretch the legs a little and avoid all those other crowded picnics in the park that seem to occur at this time of year. There is about 3km of dirt road to get there but there is plenty of space to run around and explore, with a fire engine also giving rides around the property.

There is the odd car, truck or bus to inspect from Franks collection of future projects.

Santa knows where to find us, so plan on bringing the kids and the grandkids, and please bring something for them to go into Santa's sack.

The Club will be providing the catering from our BBQ trailer (morning tea, lunch and dessert), so what better way is there to get away for the day and catch up with friends or, if it is your first event since joining the Club then come and meet the other members and their cars. BYO tables and chairs, and shelter if you have them.

There is also an opportunity to camp overnight on Saturday if you want to come early and bring your own caravan, tent or swag. Limited generator power and a camp fire is available. Talk to Frank.

This is an all day event but plan on being there between 10 am and 3pm (Santa should find us at about 1:30pm)

To help with catering plans it would be helpful to know the approximate number coming, so if you have not already responded to our email survey please let us know on the Club Event Portal, or via the link in one of our other emails, or call a committee member for details.
