Foundation Day is our Clubs birthday party, when we hand out our awards and eat cake.
Our visit to Iron Bark Station, in Kilsyth, will be a prepaid entry (includes entry and meals) for an iconic setting for our Club birthday celebrations, which is when we recognise 30 and 40 year members and present service awards to deserving members.
This is a stunning property which has been built over three decades. Darren Phelan created his own mid-1850s US-Australian style colonial town on his own 4ha property. There is a coach house, saloon, blacksmiths and harness saddle room and over 20 horse drawn carriages to look at.
The Club will be supplying morning tea, coffee and tea. Lunch will consist of a spit roast desserts and our birthday cake. The spit roast will include 2 meats, 4 salads, jacket potatoes with sour cream, bread rolls and gravy.
Please bring your own table and chairs and drinks.
The cost for this event will be $30 pp (food and entry) and children from the age of 12 and under will be free
This is a prepaid event for catering purposes. Please make sure you note any dietary requirements when submitting your entry.
Closing date is Friday 11th October 2024. Come along it will be a great day
